They are of course in it for the quick and easy cash grab, however this development can be used to make them more publicly scrutinizable and accountable.
Scrutiny and accountability are a must here, or otherwise the Dawoods and Chota Shakeels will be looking to launder their money into IPO cash too. Look at how the Japanese mafia have put so much of their dirty money into Japan's stock market.
